| March 12, 2013 | New Committee Name The Ontario Oil and Protein Seed Crop Committee (OOPSCC) has adapted the new name of Ontario Soybean and Canola Committee (OSACC) as of January 25, 2013. The new terms of reference can be found on the About OSACC page. |

Some of the new features are: - A simplified menu, with less-used menu items moved to links at the bottom of the page. - The OSV trial results presented on two pages: RR and conventional, with the user being able to switch between heat unit zones within a page. - A page with the HUZ to US maturity group conversions. |

Since soybean varieties have not been evaluated for metribuzin tolerance by OOPSCC, the MS designation has been removed from Table 1. See interpretation of Table 1 for further information. |
| February 25, 2005 | ViPP System Online The OOPSCC Variety Information and Performance Profile (ViPP) system is now online. The ViPP gives growers new tools to find agronomic information on registered Ontario soybean varieties. Interactive Table 1 lets growers search for varieties with particular traits and then show detailed information on them, while Head to Head allows growers to compare the performance of any 2 to 5 varieties within a test. Try it out today on the OOPSCC ViPP Home Page. |

| February 24, 2003 | Web Site Officially Launched The Ontario Oil and Protein Seed Crop Committee announces the inauguration of the new OOPSCC website at www.oopscc.org. The website has several sections for the growers and industry which provide information on results published in the 2003 Ontario Variety Report brochure, Variety performance and maturity graphs, SCN information, Food Grade Test results, % Oil and Protein contents and committee information. Another important part of the OOPSCC website is to facilitate the exchange of timely information between Seed Sponsors and HUZ Coordinators/cooperators. |
